As Shop Supervisor, you will direct foremen and shop personnel toward production volume, cost, quality, and delivery goals. You will provide operating data, establish performance accountabilities, reduce wasteful practices, and coordinate staffing so customer needs are met on time. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct production volume, cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Schedule shop personnel and workforce levels for customer needs
- Provide operating data supporting accurate costs and efficiency improvements




- Establish accountabilities and goals for performance evaluations
- Promote material efficiency and eliminate wasteful practices

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of directly related experience
- Three years of team lead experience preferred
- Knowledge of industrial regulations and labour relations
- Robust communication, motivation, supervision, and planning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
