Wales McLelland is expanding into Alberta after completing successful Calgary projects. The Site Superintendent oversees WM worksites, supervising sub-trades and site workers while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position supports commercial, retail, and industrial construction through field coordination, schedule management, and project communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans and specifications for construction problems and savings
- Prepare schedules with the Project Manager and monitor milestone dates
- Look ahead two weeks to identify potential project delays
- Manage scope changes using current contract documents




- Prepare deficiency lists and maintain ongoing as-built drawings

Requirements:

- At least three years’ Site Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Experience delivering commercial, retail, and industrial current buildings
- Knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and related site-work
- Ability to handle pressure, budget constraints, and tight deadlines
- Construction Management certificate, diploma, or Trade Qualification is an asset
