Source Energy Services is seeking an HSE Specialist to serve as a practical safety contact for employees and operations. You will identify hazards, assess risks, support incident response, and represent HSE during meetings and inspections. The position also coordinates employee training, monitors competency assessments, manages documentation, and contributes to safety improvements through data analysis. Mining or heavy equipment experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the day-to-day HSE employee contact
- Respond to responsible incidents at company locations




- Act as contact for OHS inspections
- Coordinate third-party training and competency assessments
- Compile reports and interpret safety data

Requirements:

- Occupational Health and Safety certificate or diploma
- Five to ten years’ relevant safety experience
- Safety certifications such as NCSO, CRST, or CRSP
- Excellent communication and employee training skills
- Mining or heavy equipment experience is an asset
