Inpho needs a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist skilled in talent mapping and targeted outreach. Help build candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring.
This experienced Talent Sourcing Partner will develop and execute sourcing strategies across a rapid-growing technology startup. You will understand hiring needs with managers and the Director, Talent Acquisition & People. Your work will include market research, candidate qualification, passive talent engagement, and communicating Inpho’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in recruitment kickoffs and clarify job requirements
- Create targeted outreach campaigns for prospective candidates
- Nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates
- Use networks, referrals, associations, job boards,
and social media
- Report market intelligence and recommend sourcing improvements
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Communications
- Proven research and talent mapping experience
- 2-4+ years proactively engaging candidates
- Success sourcing scarce and hard-to-hire skillsets
- Excellent communication and compelling outreach writing skills
