The Senior Financial Analyst combines financial planning and analysis with general accounting oversight. This hands-on position supports plant leadership and functional teams throughout month-end close. It also advances accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation
- Build financial models supporting strategic business objectives
- Identify cost savings and operational improvement opportunities
- Review purchase orders and accounts payable processing
- Support statutory filings, audits, and tax inquiries

Requirements:

- Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- CPA designation or enrollment considered an asset
