Air Canada seeks a Project Analyst to coordinate technology transformation delivery, project schedules, and stakeholder follow-up within its PMO. Support commitments from planning through reporting.

This execution-focused position leads small to medium projects while supporting larger, more complex initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating activities across technology teams and vendors, tracking actions and dependencies, escalating risks, and maintaining project documentation. Financial management includes forecasting, accruals, variance explanations, and re-forecasting for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Follow up on actions, dependencies, and commitments




- Identify schedule risks and take corrective action
- Support Project or Program Managers on complex initiatives
- Coordinate month end accruals with Finance

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Two to four years in project delivery or PMO
- Robust attention to detail and documentation management
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- PMP certification or progress toward it preferred
