As a Clinical Pharmacist at Ridge Meadows Hospital, you will individualize medication therapy and support protected, effective patient care. You will consult with physicians, nurses, and other providers while contributing to guidelines, evaluations, research, and pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult health care providers on patient-specific therapeutic plans
- Participate in ward rounds and unit-level pharmacy services
- Support medication use evaluations and clinical drug trials
- Contribute case studies and review articles to professional journals




- Provide drug information within the assigned department area

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program completion or equivalent
- Broad knowledge of policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Knowledge of hospital drug distribution processes
- Ability to make clinical decisions with minimal supervision
