This HR & Safety Manager position serves on the Senior Management Team and reports to the President. You will align HR initiatives with business objectives through workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, and organizational change. Your scope includes performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Human Resources team
- Partner with leaders on succession and workforce planning
- Guide performance management and leadership development initiatives




- Provide employee relations and employment legislation guidance
- Oversee compensation reviews, market analysis, and job evaluations

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management
- Ability to influence leaders and align HR with business objectives
- Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
