Protect and stabilize AnswerNet’s networks, servers, and applications through infrastructure monitoring, patching, and proactive security. Work full time Monday through Friday, with after hours as needed.

As Systems Administrator, you will report to the Manager of Infrastructure & Security while supporting AnswerNet’s contact management infrastructure. The position combines Tier 2 and Tier 3 support with desktop support, network requests, production monitoring, and workplace maintenance. You will collaborate with infrastructure teams and participate in decisions about infrastructure changes. AnswerNet operates more than 20 contact centers in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production platforms for stability and reliability
- Address infrastructure issues and maintain stable environments




- Support monitoring procedures and update monitoring tools
- Manage DHCP, DNS, VLANs, WAN, LAN, and VPN requests
- Participate in infrastructure change meetings and decisions

Requirements:

- Strong networking and telephony systems understanding
- Experience administering local and cloud servers
- Azure and AWS experience required
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and Linux shell
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
