Selby Jennings is partnering with a mid-market Investment Bank seeking an experienced Investment Banking Vice President. This M&A; Advisory role spans sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, divestitures, and strategic advisory work. You will maintain client relationships, coordinate transaction workstreams, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout each process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute complex transactions from launch through closing
- Coordinate clients, buyers, investors, attorneys, accountants, and advisors
- Develop client relationships and provide transaction guidance

Requirements:

- Five to ten or more years of banking experience
- Experience managing complex sell-side and buy-side transactions
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal executive communication skills
