Aplin has partnered with an award-winning skilled services firm seeking a Director, Design & Delivery. You will lead high-profile highway infrastructure programs and provide senior direction across engineering, project strategy, and delivery. The work includes MTO assignments, P3 initiatives, and alternative delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic planning for MTO and alternative delivery programs
- Represent the organization as a senior transportation advisor
- Drive technical excellence, quality, schedule, and commercial objectives
- Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, quality,



and risks
- Champion innovation and sustainable highway delivery approaches

Requirements:

- P.Eng. designation in Canada; Ontario preferred
- Civil Engineering degree or related educational background
- 15+ years managing complex highway infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of MTO processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
