AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Junior Civil Designer to support current builds, refurbishment, and continuous plant operation modifications. The position contributes to engineering deliverables for nuclear and conventional systems, with drawings and models revised from instructions or marked-up documents. You will coordinate practical design solutions with engineering teams and follow client-driven file management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revise existing drawings and three-dimensional models
- Incorporate marked-up engineering changes into AutoCAD files
- Prepare drawings and models of minimal complexity
- Implement design changes with senior staff assistance
- Maintain CAD file configuration and storage procedures
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent experience in design
- At least two years of mechanical drafting experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Raster Design
- Working knowledge of MicroStation and SolidWorks
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
