Lead application support for Choice Properties with production troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and technical delivery across enterprise systems.

The Applications Administrator supports financial, real estate, and other business applications while partnering across Technology, business lines, and vendors. Responsibilities include incident triage, root-cause analysis, data troubleshooting, application monitoring, and enhancement delivery. The hybrid model requires two to three office days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendor partners
- Analyze incidents, connectivity problems, refresh issues, and exceptions
- Coordinate resolution across application, integration, database, and reporting layers
- Support solution design, testing, data validation, and continuous improvement




- Ensure changes meet governance, audit, security, and CAB requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in progressive production support roles
- Minimum 5 years with SaaS platforms, JDE, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of Snowflake, integration layers, Synapse, and Microsoft Data Lake
- Working knowledge of IT standards, SDLC, and audit requirements
- Transparent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
