This Health and Safety Advisor position focuses on field safety support, contractor management, and regulatory compliance. You will guide protected execution, assess training, and communicate issues to leadership while contributing to office-based planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure contractors follow contractor management requirements
- Evaluate worker safety training and competencies
- Provide just-in-time coaching when unsafe practices occur
- Support safety incident investigations when requested




- Guide contractors on regulations and standards

Requirements:

- Ten years of proven safety experience in high-risk work settings
- Safety certification, Occupational Health and Safety diploma, degree, or equivalent competency
- Experience supporting reporting, learning, and continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate standards across leadership levels
- Effective listening, organization, and priority management skills
