Northern Health’s Clinical Practice Lead contributes to nursing practice enhancement under the general supervision of a Manager or designate. This position supports clinical practice assessment, development, consultation, quality improvement, and care coordination. You will work collaboratively with leadership teams and others to positively impact patient care and nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance qualified nursing practice through clinical leadership
- Develop and assess clinical practice requirements
- Coordinate care and contribute to quality improvement




- Analyze complex issues and pursue creative solutions
- Provide guidance, direction, and unit staff supervision

Requirements:

- Practicing RN or RPN registration with BC College of Nurses
- Five years recent related experience or equivalent education and training
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Ability to balance multiple activities and changing priorities
- Ability to operate computers and related equipment
