Bridge deck coring and traffic control operations anchor this Well Technician role with WSP, supporting transportation and infrastructure projects.

As a Well Technician, you will support WSP’s internal Coring, Water Monitoring and Traffic Control service team. Your field work includes bridge deck, pavement and concrete coring, equipment setup, traffic control systems and site inspections. The position also supports service expansion for low-speed residential and municipal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with bridge deck, pavement and concrete coring
- Support equipment setup, maintenance and operation
- Mobilize and demobilize coring equipment and traffic devices
- Set up and remove temporary traffic control systems
- Inspect work zones for secure plan implementation

Requirements:

- Valid G Class Driver's License and clean driving record
- Experience operating construction or field equipment preferred
- Traffic Control Person certification preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario
