As Maintenance Manager, you will support plant startup and establish systems for high-quality extruded polystyrene production. The position leads maintenance performance and safety processes while coordinating production shutdowns, contractors, and corporate reliability support. It requires continuous process manufacturing supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the site preventive maintenance program with corporate reliability
- Facilitate five-why and fishbone root cause analyses
- Coordinate downtime, shutdowns, and winter preparedness activities
- Manage spare parts inventory, storage areas, and maintenance budget




- Prepare repair, replacement, upgrade, and process recommendations

Requirements:

- Five or more years supervising continuous process manufacturing
- Strong maintenance knowledge, reliability concepts, and methodologies
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities
