This Risk and Compliance Specialist serves as a company-wide voice on risk, data, and privacy. You will manage privacy and compliance inboxes, review vendors, and keep policies, terms, and subprocessor information current. You will also partner with IT and Technology on practical risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer client tickets about privacy, data, and personal information
- Review vendors handling personal, financial, and client information
- Maintain privacy policies, terms, and subprocessor lists
- Complete privacy and retention sections of RFPs
- Partner with IT and Technology on risk solutions

Requirements:

- Two or more years of hands-on compliance experience
- Solid understanding of subprocessors and data responsibilities
- Knowledge of data governance, retention, and system information flows
- PCI DSS and/or GDPR experience
- Technology fluency, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 experience
