Shape healthcare imaging interoperability at COFOMO in Montreal using advanced DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and IHE standards knowledge. This position follows a hybrid work model.

As a medical imaging and IT expert, you will advise technical, clinical, and supplier stakeholders. Your responsibilities include integrating PACS, VNAs, modalities, and clinical systems. You will also support migration, reconciliation, validation, and reliable image exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise technical, clinical, and supplier stakeholders
- Ensure interoperability between clinical imaging solutions
- Design interfaces for medical imaging components
- Support data conversion, reconciliation, and validation
- Troubleshoot and optimize image exchange workflows

Requirements:

- Fifteen years of healthcare IT experience minimum
- Advanced knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and FHIR
- Advanced understanding of IHE, XDS, and XDS-I
- Two large-scale PACS and VNA integration mandates
- Expertise with worklists and DICOM routers
