This permanent position focuses on increasing parts sales, exchange components, and service solutions for regional customers. You will collaborate with maintenance planners, MSRs, and ISRs while supporting a team selling approach. The work also includes presentations, prospecting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct presentations promoting Caterpillar parts and service
- Collaborate with customers on Repair before Failure programs
- Support Preventative and Predictive Maintenance solutions
- Collaborate with MSRs and ISRs on team selling
- Monitor competitive literature and advertising for fair pricing

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum five years in product support sales
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Written and spoken French and English is an asset
