Build intuitive dashboards and governed self-service analytics for Cardinal Health Canada’s Canadian healthcare supply chain. This hybrid role reports two days to Vaughan.

As a business-oriented Data Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization. Your work spans Looker or Tableau visualization, advanced SQL, requirements discovery, and data storytelling. You will define success metrics, guide analytical solutions, and identify performance improvements through trends, root cause analysis, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics experiences
- Consider performance, usability, adoption, and governed self-service needs
- Facilitate discovery sessions with cross-functional business teams
- Analyze trends, root causes,



and opportunities for process optimization
- Present clear recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five or more years in data analytics or business intelligence
- Extensive dashboard experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Advanced filtering, drill-down, user experience, and self-service analytics knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms including BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Ability to align stakeholders and balance technical constraints with priorities
