This Human Resources Business Partner supports pharmacy and fulfillment employees and managers across Felix’s network. Reporting to the VP, HR, you will own sensitive cases, coach developing site leaders, and help create consistent employee experiences. The position partners with Pharmacy Operations, HR, Talent, and Health Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary HR partner for frontline employees
- Coach managers through performance and everyday people decisions
- Handle investigations, conflicts, improvement plans, and terminations




- Champion health and safety committee priorities at each site
- Adapt performance, engagement, and compensation programs for shift workforces

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive HR experience and client ownership
- Demonstrated success managing complex employee relations matters
- Sound judgment, discretion, and solid documentation practices
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Careful management of contracts, compliance documents, and employee data
