Shape cosmetic and OTC product development through stability and compatibility expertise at Cosmetica Laboratories. This onsite management role combines research, compliance, and technical guidance.
The Manager, Stability & Compatibility leads programs that establish product behavior under diverse stability conditions. You will manage laboratory personnel, research technical information, prepare documentation, and coordinate with R&I;, QA/QC, packaging, and clients. The role also contributes to departmental goals, continuous improvement, and regulatory, client, third-party, and government audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research technical information for cosmetic and OTC stability activities
- Work with R&I; personnel on product behavior under stability conditions
- Communicate stability and compatibility concerns internally and externally
- Mentor personnel and provide technical and functional guidance
- Deliver training consistent with GLP and health and safety policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, or Cosmetics Science
- Six years’ experience in GMP and GLP environments
- Three years’ experience supervising or managing teams
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and technical writing skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and make decisions
