Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily base crew activities across project sites
- Monitor aggregate grading, placement, and compaction operations
- Track crew productivity and equipment utilization
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Assist with materials, equipment, and manpower scheduling

Requirements:

- Five or more years in civil construction
- Strong road building, grading, and base preparation knowledge
- Experience coordinating crews and heavy equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends
