Drive AWS application delivery using strong system design, CI/CD, and software engineering expertise across Citco’s financial services technology teams.
This IT Team Lead role combines technical leadership with hands-on application development. You will work within a cross-functional agile team delivering on-premises and cloud-native solutions. The position requires ownership across development, testing, DevOps, support, architecture, deployment, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of projects across development, testing, and support
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS infrastructure
- Introduce technologies supporting application evolution and delivery
- Provide code integration and deployment automation for modules
- Match emerging technologies to Citco’s needs when required
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years of software engineering experience
- Two-plus years developing and deploying AWS applications
- Robust understanding of multiple AWS services and monitoring
- Two-plus years of team leadership experience
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation skills
