This Senior Specialist role focuses on large-scale Java and JEE application support within Interac’s digital payment ecosystem. You will investigate complex application, database, infrastructure, and network issues. Your work will also improve dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support APIs, microservices, containers, and modern architectures
- Analyze logs and application performance monitoring data
- Configure health rules, alerts, dashboards, and synthetic monitoring
- Produce performance analyses and operational documentation
- Develop incident solutions that mitigate customer impact

Requirements:

- Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency architectures
