As Community Development Coordinator, you will guide completion and implementation of the Community Social Development Framework. The work connects policy development, social planning, and community interests through complex relationships. Your focus includes research, service priorities and gaps, and initiatives supporting equity, reconciliation, inclusion, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate research supporting community social development
- Prepare and develop policies, practices, and programs
- Identify service priorities and community gaps




- Plan initiatives addressing social sustainability and community interests
- Negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with agencies

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ social policy or social planning experience
- Knowledge of government roles and community-based services
- Robust written, oral, and public speaking communication
- Experience with grant research, reporting, and administration
- Ability to solve complex issues ethically and independently
