Redesign Amazon Web Services Canada mechanisms around AI, trusted outputs, and agentic workflows. The Business Operations Lead works across Canada’s business.

This position owns the operating model and determines which forums exist, what they decide, and which stop. You will build or refine mechanisms for the weekly senior leadership meeting, field newsletter, Top Deals, Monthly Business Review, quarterly offsite, and all-Canada town hall. You will also support internal AI adoption and account plan completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Redesign business mechanisms around AI capabilities
- Build agents and assess trusted uses for outputs
- Write Canada business documents for senior leaders
- Facilitate leadership decisions and pursue resulting actions




- Structure initiatives without established organizational ownership

Requirements:

- Familiarity with solutions building agentic workflows or AI certification
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM and BI tools
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office expertise
- Solid financial and analytical skills
