This Manager, Financial Reporting role offers ownership of technical accounting within a privately held energy company. You will prepare technical accounting memos independently while managing IFRS reporting, acquisition-related reporting, and the year-end audit. Oil and gas experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial reporting function
- Prepare and support IFRS financial statements
- Independently research accounting issues and draft technical memos
- Address reporting requirements related to acquisitions
- Support completion of the year-end audit
Requirements:
- CPA designation and robust technical IFRS knowledge
- Experience preparing financial reporting in oil and gas
- Upstream exploration and production background preferred
- Big Four training would be advantageous
