Build reliable business intelligence for Traction Rec through Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and explicit analysis supporting informed leadership decisions.

This Data Operations Analyst works across Finance, Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams. You will manage operational reporting, analyze business performance, and surface trends for planning and forecasting. The position requires SQL, relational database, advanced Excel, and BI experience, plus the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for data and reporting requests
- Track churn, customer lifecycle, and product adoption metrics
- Support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across teams




- Build dashboards and visualizations using analytics tools
- Identify improvements to data quality and reporting processes

Requirements:

- Three-plus years working with SQL and large datasets
- Salesforce experience using SOQL, Data Loader, or APIs
- Advanced Excel formulas, charts, Power Query, and pivots
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Ability to connect operational, financial, and customer data
