This General Manager, Restaurant role leads quality, efficiency, and superior service across a high-volume dining operation. You will create an engaging environment for colleagues and memorable moments for guests. The position reports to the Assistant Director, Food and Beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide vision and leadership for restaurant operations
- Maintain productive daily service and operational standards
- Recruit, mentor, and develop department leaders
- Coach employees on guest service priorities
- Complete monthly forecasting and month end commentary

Requirements:

- Five or more years senior Food and Beverage Management experience
- Knowledge of beverage, culinary, and wine service
- Proserve certification required
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Windows
- Hospitality or Food and Beverage degree is an asset
