You will connect change, learning, technology, process, financial, and operational perspectives. Your recommendations will support workforce capacity, employee experience, and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess work and workforce capacity across the organization
- Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, automate, or augment work
- Integrate change, communications, learning, and technology perspectives
- Create recommendations and implementation approaches for leaders




- Ensure business and workforce outcomes are sustained

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of progressive enterprise initiative experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives or transformation programs
- Curiosity about AI-enabled transformation and workforce trends
- Strong business acumen and systems thinking
- Degree in a related discipline; certifications are assets
