This Senior Analyst role partners with Operations, Loblaw Technology, vendors, and stakeholders to understand processes and define functional requirements. You will develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios while coordinating QA, SIT, and UAT activities. The position also supports Agile ceremonies, implementation readiness, application sustainment, and process improvement across the Supply Chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with subject matter experts to document transportation business needs
- Translate operational requirements into functional requirements and user stories
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives




- Prioritize backlogs and prepare upcoming development sprint work
- Communicate project risks, issues, readiness, and system changes

Requirements:

- Three to five years in transportation, supply chain, software, or related projects
- Degree in computer science, business technology, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Experience gathering requirements and developing acceptance criteria
- Experience planning tests, managing defects, and securing business sign-off
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
