This Senior Manager leads Riverside’s financial reporting function and partners with external consultants and business leaders. Responsibilities span global consolidation, technical accounting, audit leadership, risk assessment and practical control improvements. The position requires explicit financial storytelling, independent judgment and effective team leadership across international accounting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting policies, chart of accounts and reliable financial data
- Lead global consolidation, intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation
- Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical position papers




- Assess control design and operating effectiveness
- Translate financial results into clear business recommendations

Requirements:

- CPA designation and relevant university degree
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Proven consolidation, month-end close and annual audit leadership
- Strong process improvement, financial storytelling and stakeholder influence skills
