This Electrical Construction Field Coordinator helps maintain alignment between contractors, site operations, and project teams. The position supports secure work, construction standards, field reporting, and timely resolution of delays or conflicts. It also contributes to commissioning, startup, inspections, and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as liaison among contractors, operations, and project teams
- Provide field updates during daily and weekly planning meetings
- Stop unsafe work and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Oversee work fronts, shared resources, interfaces,



and boundaries
- Review contractor reports and approve completed work for invoices

Requirements:

- Five or more years capital project execution experience
- Supervisory or coordination experience managing field teams
- Practical project scope, schedule, and budget management experience valued
- Ability to read technical documents and construction drawings
- Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, or SAP preferred
