The Senior Test Specialist, Electrical acts as Test Director during Victoria Class Submarine activities. You will provide technical oversight, communicate risks and solutions, and support Commissioning Managers and Field Service Leads. The position combines hands-on testing with team leadership and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate teams executing complex submarine testing activities
- Provide technical oversight for test procedure execution
- Communicate technical risks, solutions, and impacts
- Support waterfront commissioning and evolving program needs




- Record defects in controlled Babcock or Government systems

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of related technical experience
- Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of alternating and direct current systems
- Knowledge of fibre optics and uninterrupted power supplies
- Ability to work in confined, elevated, and industrial spaces
