This Account Manager oversees multiple client accounts within Stinson Design’s integrated visual communications consultancy. Reporting to the Account Director, you will partner with project managers, designers, and content consultants. The focus is proactive account ownership, trusted relationships, accurate information, and clear progress toward desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusted relationships through transparent communication and follow-through
- Anticipate client needs, identify challenges, and recommend solutions
- Communicate project direction, expectations, risks, and action items




- Ensure deliverables, budgets, communications, and information meet standards
- Provide weekly status updates and recommend appropriate next steps

Requirements:

- Experience independently managing accounts, priorities, and deadlines
- Three to five years, ideally within a creative agency
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance
- Proactive self-starter with problem-solving skills and accountability
