As a Site Inspector with Urbantech, you will monitor construction activities and communicate with contractors, municipalities, consultants, and project teams. Your work covers grading, road construction, underground utilities, and storm, sanitary, and watermain installations. Accurate records and standards compliance are central to the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review construction activities against approved drawings and standards
- Monitor storm, sanitary, and watermain installations
- Attend meetings with contractors and municipal representatives




- Support contract administrators with quantity tracking
- Elevate construction issues and support site safety requirements

Requirements:

- Two or more years in civil or municipal construction
- Knowledge of land development and municipal infrastructure
- Experience preparing inspection reports and documenting deficiencies
- Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working outdoors on active construction sites
