As Team Manager, Wealth Advice Team, you will lead a geographically dispersed group delivering phone-based and virtual advice. Your leadership will support meaningful member conversations, personalized recommendations, and long-term financial well-being. You will partner with Wealth Advisors, branch leaders, and internal stakeholders to create seamless referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop high-performing virtual and phone-based advice teams
- Conduct coaching, development, and performance conversations
- Champion comprehensive planning and advice-first culture




- Strengthen referral pathways with internal partners
- Use data to improve outcomes and business results

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in financial services or wealth management
- Two years coaching, developing, or managing professionals
- Experience leading virtual, hybrid, or dispersed teams
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Mutual Fund License through IFIC or CSI required
