As Senior Product Manager, Payments, you will guide products from discovery and launch through modernization, migration, growth, and retirement. You will translate customer research, payments developments, corporate priorities, and regulatory obligations into transparent direction. Success includes measurable customer, financial, operational, and risk outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect customer outcomes, capabilities, dependencies, funding, and milestones
- Monitor Canadian payments modernization, technologies, regulation, and expectations
- Present evidence-based strategies and recommendations to executive audiences
- Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths,



and outcome reporting
- Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners in outcome-focused practices

Requirements:

- Experience leading portfolios through legacy modernization and transformation
- Experience navigating payments change and regulatory requirements
- Ability to connect strategy, customer needs, technical constraints, and execution
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
