As Systems Delivery Project Manager RSSOM, you will manage project elements from preliminary design through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. Bantrel’s Infrastructure team works with Metrolinx, Bechtel, and contractors across a major subway program. Your oversight will address constructability, contractor performance, and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure designs meet construction delivery and constructability requirements
- Review contractor construction plans and schedules for completeness
- Monitor engineering progress, budgets, resources, staffing, and schedules




- Oversee contractor compliance with contract provisions and performance requirements
- Drive project safety culture and monitor quality assurance activities

Requirements:

- Degree and 13–15 years of relevant experience required
- Or 17–19 years of relevant work experience
- General railway systems installation knowledge across key disciplines
- Experience planning and executing systems installation activities
- Knowledge of contract, schedule, safety, and quality oversight
