This Commercial HVAC Project Manager position oversees multiple projects through planning, installation, commissioning, and closeout. You will review drawings and submittals, coordinate project stakeholders, and maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation. Success requires technical knowledge, financial acumen, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support estimating and manage project phases from start to finish
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance
- Prepare change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Manage HVAC equipment, controls, and material procurement




- Lead meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in HVAC management, mechanical construction, or related work
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and commissioning
- Experience with projects valued from $250K to $5M-plus
- Financial ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
- Strong organization, communication, leadership, and detail orientation
