Bring commercial real estate experience to HOOPP, supporting underwriting, valuation, and transaction execution across investment strategies. Advanced Excel and Argus skills are central.

As an Analyst on the Real Estate Investment Management team, you will evaluate opportunities across acquisitions, dispositions, developments, financings, and partnerships. Your work will support portfolio and asset management through budgets, leasing analysis, capital expenditures, valuation, performance monitoring, and buy or sell evaluations. You will also research markets and property fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Underwrite real estate opportunities using Excel, Argus, and analytical tools
- Validate financial assumptions during transaction due diligence
- Prepare investment approval reports and presentation materials




- Evaluate portfolio budgets, leasing, valuations, and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance, market fundamentals, trends, and transaction comparables

Requirements:

- Relevant degree with a robust academic record
- Typically two years of commercial real estate or related experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate valuation and financial underwriting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience; Argus preferred
- Ability to interpret results and draw logical conclusions
