Key Responsibilities:
- Source niche mining and resources talent
- Place geologists, engineers, mine managers, and executives
- Provide market intelligence on talent and compensation
- Ensure recruitment compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Expand the specialist client base
Requirements:
- Seven or more years in recruitment
- Proven senior and technical mining placements
- Advanced sourcing and ATS platform proficiency
- Exceptional communication and business development skills
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience valued
