This Client Director manages key client relationships and supports retention and recent business growth across AIG’s product lines. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, Canada, the position serves major clients and broker partners through a client-centric framework. You will align internal and external stakeholders, build commitment, and manage complex relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify dialogue with business influencers at major brokerages
- Manage assigned portfolios across Distribution and Underwriting
- Develop collaborative marketing and event strategies
- Drive awareness of AIG products,



services, and solutions
- Improve portfolio performance, service, and major account relationships

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience, including proven relationship management
- Property and casualty insurance experience
- Strong ability to build internal and external relationships
- Effective influence with senior executives and business partners
- Strong financial, accounting, and problem-solving abilities
