Shape Affim’s future as a Senior Product Manager leading innovation portfolios remotely across eligible Canadian provinces with executive partnership.
This Group Product Manager role sits within ZT1 Labs, a senior team working directly with the CEO on important current bets. You will connect customer insights, market trends, and company strategy to identify opportunities for zero-to-one innovation. You will coordinate engineering, design, data, risk, operations, revenue, legal, and compliance partners without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand users, merchants, partners, and relevant market shifts
- Define opportunity areas with the CEO and senior leaders
- Translate strategy into focused innovation portfolio roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional groups through complex,
ambiguous work
- Establish repeatable product patterns and execution standards
Requirements:
- Eight to ten-plus years managing products with meaningful outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional work without direct authority
- Strong communication across senior stakeholders with differing priorities
- High judgment in incomplete or conflicting information
- Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus
