The Director of Engineering, Analytics leads the organization developing satellite-imagery models and pipelines. You will guide a transition from hand-built detectors toward foundation-model methods while expanding monitored sites from hundreds to thousands. You will report to the VP of Technology and lead teams across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute analytics talent strategies
- Convert program commitments into dated owned work
- Report delivery status, including slippage
- Advance the foundation-model analytics portfolio
- Deliver shared quality and latency targets

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in software or machine learning engineering
- Six-plus years managing engineering managers
- Experience shipping machine learning into production
- Clear planning and status-reporting ability
- Active clearance or eligibility to obtain one
