Supervise recycling facility teams for Triple M Metal, combining staff leadership, equipment coordination, and operational reporting across day and night shifts.

This Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager within Triple M Metal's integrated scrap metal recycling enterprise. You will schedule and develop employees, coordinate transportation and maintenance, audit reports, and verify production objectives. The position also requires attention to material specifications, incident reporting, inventory adjustments, timecards, and contractor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare staff schedules and approve operational vacation requests
- Facilitate training and provide continuous improvement feedback
- Audit equipment inspection checklists and production reports




- Coordinate equipment service with Maintenance teams
- Report inventory, production, cash, and incident findings

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Scrap metal receiving, shipping, inspection, and processing experience
- Leadership experience with solid coaching and delegation abilities
- Skid steer, forklift, and general maintenance experience
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
