Support customers with divided orders by checking shipment records, clarifying parcel statuses, and documenting questions for fulfillment from a remote setting. Keep every item distinct.
As a Split Shipment Notice Assistant, you will examine line items and shipment records before responding. The work requires approved messaging, careful rechecking, and separate statuses for each parcel or item. You will not change shipping decisions or promise unconfirmed arrival dates. The employer provides training on its fulfillment system, language, and escalation process, making prior carrier software knowledge unnecessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read line items and shipment records before composing messages
- Explain confirmed status for each relevant order item
- Recheck latest statuses before sending drafted emails
- Distinguish shipped, pending, delayed, and delivered information
- Forward discrepancies with item and tracking identifiers
Requirements:
- Careful office administration approach to order information
- Ability to compare item lists and shipment records
- Comfort explaining differences without removing key details
- Willingness to ask the order owner when unclear
- Prior order support helpful but not necessary
Bring disciplined status checking and precise written explanations to help customers understand every parcel without premature delivery claims.
