Support Innomar Strategies patients through infusion treatments, medication administration, and clinical documentation in homecare or specialty clinics. Travel within a designated geographical boundary is required.
This full-time Cencora chance suits a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with at least two years’ experience. You will deliver routine to moderately complex clinical services while coordinating with clinical, reimbursement, logistics, and operational partners. Patient safety and compliant care remain central to established program protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor IV infusion treatments in assigned settings
- Administer medications through IM, SC, and IV routes
- Report adverse events and product complaints under Innomar procedures
- Complete clinic audits, supply ordering,
and assigned administrative duties
- Participate in nursing meetings, training, and specialized client programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nursing or related field
- Professional nursing license or registration in applicable jurisdiction
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams
- Acute care, outpatient, homecare, or IV therapy experience
